‘Repeating mistakes’ Kim Min-jae rejects Man Utd transfer offer despite teammate’s worst run of form

By Kim Min-cheol Reporter= Bayern Munich is not going to let a transfer happen easily.

“Munich have rejected Manchester United’s (Manchester United) transfer offer for Benjamin Pavard, 27,” Germany’s Sky Sports reported on Thursday (June 14).

The Red Devils are in the process of overhauling their defense. With Harry Maguire set to join West Ham for a reported £30 million, they are looking for a defender to fill the void.

Fabregas is on United’s radar. His extensive experience with Munich and the French national team, as well as his versatility to play center back and right back, caught the eye of the Red Devils.

As the rumors of a move to United began to surface, attention turned to Favre’s performance. Pavard made his debut in the German Super Cup against Leipzig on Sept. 13.

His performance was disappointing, as he started at right fullback and was shown a straight red card just 14 minutes into the game, while his poor defending allowed the hosts to counter-attack.

He was never able to escape the blame for conceding two goals in the first half alone. Thomas Tuchel took Favre off at the start of the second half in favor of Nusair Mazrouei.

The criticism came thick and fast. German outlet Sport gave him the worst possible rating of five, noting that he “repeatedly made mistakes in defense.”

Nevertheless, Fabar was still on Munich’s radar. According to the report, United’s first offer for Pavard fell short of Munich’s expectations.

The trust in Pavard was strong. In his pre-match press conference, Munich coach Tuchel spoke highly of the player’s versatility and made it clear that he wanted him to stay.바카라

The possibility of a move to Manchester United hasn’t completely disappeared. The outlet added: “Munich have not completely closed the door on a move for Fabar. United will have to come up with a better offer in order to reach an agreement with Munich.”
